Account Creation & Management

 

    Click "Sign Up" on the homepage and provide the requested information, including your email address and password.

    Yes, after signing up, you’ll receive a verification email. Click the link in the email to verify your account.

    No, each email address can only be associated with one account.

    Password & Authentication

     

      Click "Forgot Password?" on the login page, enter your email, and follow the instructions sent to your inbox.

       It’s recommended to change your password every 90 days for optimal security.

      Use the "Forgot Password?" link to reset it.

      Check your spam folder or ensure that you entered the correct email address.

      For security reasons, we recommend choosing a new password that you haven’t used before.

      A strong password should be at least 8 characters long and include a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.

      Immediately change your password and review your account activity.

      Login & Access Issues

       

        If your account is locked, wait a few minutes and try again. If the issue persists, Click “Unlock Account" on the login page, enter your email, and follow the instructions sent to your inbox.

        Double-check your keyboard settings and ensure there are no extra spaces. If the issue continues, reset your password.

        Try using any email addresses you may have registered with.

        Ensure your browser is up to date, clear your cache, and try disabling any browser extensions that could interfere with logging in.

        Wait for the lockout period to end or Click “Unlock Account" on the login page, enter your email, and follow the instructions sent to your inbox.

        This may be triggered by unusual login behavior, such as logging in from a new device or location. Follow the prompts to verify your identity.
